SIX FOUNTAINS LIFESTYLE CENTRE

Six Fountains lifestyle centre consists of 15 000 mē retail shops and banks. This development is estimated to have cost approximately R150 M and was developed between Feb 2008 and Apr 2009 by UNIQON. Six Fountains lifestyle centre is situated on Hans Strijdom drive (in close proximity of Lynwood drive) at Makro, Silver lakes, opposite another development by UNIQON, called Adventure Centre.

The majority of the shops have got permanent tenants, thought there are still a few shop available for letting.
